Meet Rob

A lifelong visitor to the 30-A area, Rob moved to South Walton in late 2011. He has witnessed the incredible growth and development of this dynamic area first hand, and has been blessed to have had a front row seat as the region has come to realize its full potential. Rob has been a real estate license holder since early 2012. His experience includes on-site community new home sales, infill new construction sales, land sales, and luxury beach home resales ranging from the small condos to high end gulf-front properties. Rob brings the same passion for real estate to every deal he works. He is a 2003 graduate of Rhodes College, holds an MBA from George Washington University, and was trained by the the KARRASS school of effective negotiating.
 
Prior to pursuing a Florida real estate license, Rob worked and traveled internationally in a commodities business. He will quickly tell you he loves his Florida home and is glad to be able to settle down in the best place on Earth. When he is not hard at work, Rob enjoys his two favorite hobbies. He is a semi-serious golfer and an avid fisherman.
